How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for standard stays, and 6–12 weeks ahead for peak season (November–March) or special events like New Year's Eve. Last-minute bookings may be available — contact us directly.

What is included in the rental price?

All our properties include utilities, high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, premium linens, and an initial cleaning. Additional services such as daily housekeeping, concierge, chef, and transfers are available at supplementary rates.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Most of our properties have a minimum stay of 1 night, with some premium villas requiring 3–5 nights minimum. Longer stays (monthly) are available at discounted rates. Please check each property listing for specific requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and selected cryptocurrencies. A security deposit is required for most properties, which is fully refunded within 7 business days of check-out.

Can I request a property inspection before booking?

Absolutely! We offer virtual tours via video call and in-person viewings for local clients. Our team can arrange this within 24–48 hours. All our properties are also DTCM licensed and verified.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a full refund. 15–30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
